The On-Site Walk-Around and Written Estimate
Every commercial job starts on site, never with a number over the phone. We walk the property and scope it with you. We check the clearance height of the garage and which trucks fit, whether you want sweeping or washing, and whether we’re after stains or just dust and dirt. We look at how the site drains, what containment it needs, and whether the water has to leave the property. Then you get a written estimate the same day or the next.
Scheduling Around Your Traffic
We book the work overnight or early in the morning, around your hours, and we move quickly once the date is set.
Street Sweeping the Blacktop
On blacktop, the sweeper trucks run the whole lot, pulling dirt out of every corner and edge. A vac truck follows on the larger sites.
Sweeping or Pressure Washing the Garage
Inside the garage, we do what you chose at the walk-around: sweep it or pressure wash it. Where the ceiling is low, the smaller ride-on sweepers go in. For a wash, we run surface cleaners and pressure washers, the same approach we use on commercial concrete cleaning, scaled up to the deck. The water comes off our own truck.
Containing the Wash Water
We follow the drainage plan from the walk-around. Our water reclamation equipment keeps the wash water contained on site, and where it can’t stay, we vacuum it up and haul it off the property.
The Next-Day Follow-Up
The morning after overnight work, we call your manager to confirm the lot and garage came out right, and we make anything we missed right. Commercial accounts are invoiced on Net 30 terms.
