The housing here runs to brick ranches, split-levels that pair brick below with siding above, two-story brick-and-siding colonials, and Coverdale’s older miners’ houses. Add in the concrete driveways that slope to built-in garages on these hilly lots, plus the front walks, patios, and decks. That’s a lot to keep clean. One honest note before we start a wash: heavily oxidized, unpainted aluminum siding needs paint, not a wash. If that’s what we find, we’ll tell you honestly instead of taking your money.
Here’s what we clean on a home:
- House Washing. Vinyl, Hardie board, and stucco get a soft wash; brick gets a higher-pressure wash. Dirt, algae, and mildew come off.
- Driveway and Concrete Cleaning. Driveways, patios, sidewalks, walkways, and pool decks are cleaned with a surface cleaner, so there are no stripes. Exposed aggregate and stamped concrete too.

- Window Cleaning. Exterior glass only, done with a water-fed pole and purified water as the finishing touch on a house wash. Take your screens out beforehand.
- Deck Cleaning. Wood decks get a wash with cleaning solution. Composite decks, Trex and TimberTech, get a soft wash and a hand scrub. Neither strips paint or old stain.
- Fence Cleaning. Vinyl gets a soft wash, and wood gets more pressure. We reach long fence runs with our own water and hose.
- Deck and Fence Staining. Wood decks and fences only. We clean first, then put down one to two coats of commercial-grade stain or paint over two days.
- Paver Sealing. Brick and natural stone pavers. We install all-new joint sand, compact it, and seal the surface in a natural matte or a high-gloss finish.
- Concrete Sealing. A penetrating sealer on broom-finish concrete, a topical sealer on exposed aggregate and stamped work. We always clean first.
